  • Early Career: Started as a Senior Research Analyst covering medical devices and diagnostics on Wall Street.
  • MedVenture Associates (2003–2012): Served as General Partner, managing multiple funds and building early relationships with strategics.
  • Boston Scientific Ventures (2012–2019): Founded and led the corporate venture arm, deploying $780M across 45 companies and generating $1.2B in proceeds through 14 exits.
  • Entrepreneur & Builder: Co-founded Alhambra Medical and 33 BioMedical in partnership with Boston Scientific.
  • Cadence Healthcare Ventures (2021–Present): Founded Cadence, raising $41M for Fund I and investing in 12 purpose-built companies to date.
